One small kitchen. Three big traditions. Honest plates from Rome, Sichuan, and Lahore — served side by side, with Jess, our AI host, at the door.
Bistro Eisa is named after our son. He is twelve, he is opinionated, and his three favourite meals — pasta from his mother's family, karahi from his father's, and fried rice from his nani — could not come from more different kitchens. We built the menu around that.
Forty-three seats. One chef. A wine list and a chai list. We cook with what's good this week, not what's on a printed menu from last year. Walk-ins welcome, but the small room fills early — book ahead, it's quick.
Hand-rolled pasta, stone-baked pizza, slow ragù. The Sunday lunch corner of the menu.
Wok-fired classics, Sichuan heat, dim sum on the weekends. Quick fire, big flavours.
Charcoal kebabs, slow-cooked karahi, biryani that takes all afternoon. The heart of the kitchen.
